I had done my mother's cataract surgery on 29th June'24 from KPM Eye hospital. From the first enquiry call i made, it was very well handled by the admin staff. They made sure to provide all the details very patiently along with a friendly follow up on appointment day. The wait time is very less here compared to other hospitals. My mom's surgery was a bit complicated as it was delayed from our end and obviously our fault. However, they took high care, and the procedure went smooth but taking more time than usual cases due to the complexity which I mentioned. The doctors provided a great clarity on the procedures, and they never blamed us due to this delay followed by the complexity happened other than a humble smile. The nursing staff also was very friendly, and patient and they reiterated regarding the rest procedures without any hesitation and good care was also provided.

To mention Dr.Paul Mathew & Dr.Mathew KP are very professional and has a very positive and humble attitude towards their patient and bystanders. I have to appreciate their kindness as they were ready for a consultation even on Sunday if there were any issues / challenges after the surgery which was done on a Saturday. Also they are available on phone anytime to discuss or get any advises.

Overall, we are very happy with the services including the cost of the surgery was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hospital for any Eye related issues. Thank YOU !

I recently took my father to KPM Eye Hospital, for cataract surgery, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive to my father's needs. The surgeon, Dr. Paul Mathew, was highly skilled and made us feel comfortable and confident about the procedure. The surgery went smoothly, and my Dad's recovery has been excellent.

One aspect that particularly stood out was the clinic's efficiency in handling and sharing documents. They promptly provided all necessary medical records and instructions both before and after the surgery. This level of organization greatly eased our reimbursement process and allowed us to focus on my Dad's recovery without worrying about administrative details.
